Raphael Tuck 1907 Pop-up Bird Cage Calendar
Large - 11" X 9.5" three dimensional calendar
Fine condition. The Calendar is near perfect. It was meant to be taped at sides to stay together and hang but it has never been taped! It has it's original hanging cord.
Unsigned but this calendar was featured in the The American Stationer, Volume 60 by Howard Lockwood, 1906 - See below:
The 1906 ad above states: No. 1070. Singing Through the Year. A novelty calendar, consisting of the representation of a bird cage with birds inside. The cage is six-sided, and the calendars are upon four of the six sides. The decorations and coloring make the calendar extremely attractive.
