Novelty book in - Little Jack dreams that he meets the little green man of the sea, who shows him many wonderful sea creatures. The illusion of movement happens through the use of a pair of special red and blue lenses- the "Cinemascope"--which, when moved rapidly, make it appear as if the images are moving.
26 [4] pages including advertisement at end color illustrations 26 cm. It contains twelve color prints, printed in several layers to allow for the illusions when viewed through the glasses followed by five pages of advertisements from the publisher. The illusion of movement is seen through the use of a pair of special red and blue lenses (the cinemascope) -- which, when quickly moved, make it appear as if the images are moving’

Good condition with original cinemascope envelope as well as the cinemascope in excellent condition with original
blue and red cellophane. Blue cellophane is intact, Red is intact on the right and missing aprox 1/3 of the cellophane on the left. Book has rubbing on the corners but us well bound with all pages present and in good shape. See photos.
