|How do I create an account?|
Note: right now the ability to create an account is not activated. Due to the difficulty of keeping up with multiple site passwords, this site is set to accept check-out without requiring an account to be made.
If account is ever activated by request of customers:
1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is FREE to the United States and international countries included on the drop-down list. If your country is not included on the list you may have trouble checking out. Please email us to have your country and free shipping added to list!
Currently USA, Canada, and most European countries are already set up for free shipping.
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|

|When will my order ship?|
|You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
We usually ship books within 48 hours. If we are closed for vacation, it can take 7 days to ship a book but this is rare.
