We have only seen one other little true peepshow from this era and it was by Dean & Son - similar art

Doors open to peek in at 3 layer scene

Condition - excellent all original condition with not tears, bends, or anything missing ( see photos)

The characteristic "child's" dress from about 1830 and into the mid-1860s featured a wide off-the-shoulder neckline, short puffed or sleeves, a bodice that usually gathered into an inset waistband, and a full skirt that was calf length for the oldest girls.
