Collector's Corner:

Publication date taken from Movable Stationary Volume 19 | Number 1 says circa 1906 for this book - but - We have uncovered two more versions of this book with similar D.R.G.M. stamps on the front bottom cover of the second and third books in the series
D.R.G.M. stands for "Deutsches Reichs Gebrauchs Musterschutz" (German National Registered Design). D.R.P. stands for "Deutsche Reich Patent". The addition of the word angem indicates Deutsche Reichs Patent angemeldet, (Adapted to {the} German National Patent.

Dating theses books: This particular D.R.G.M. 247833 patent was awarded in 1911

Note: All 3 books have A standing bear in a circle on the front right below; this may refer to a publisher / printer in Berlin.

As a side note about DRGM in general - The acronym D.R.G.M. means that it was officially registered inside all of the Germany states. D.R.G.M. registration was used from 1891 – 1949.

Books and products made in Germany during that time may have been stamped with the D.R.G.M. designation. It was done because the manufacturer or publisher wanted to avoid the high patent fees that Germany was charging. This was a way to copyright their product’s intended way of use, or design.

If there is a number after DRGM you can narrow down the publication date - see the chart on this website, it's invaluable for dating some of your German books https://www.porcelainmarksandmore.com

First introduced in 1877, Publishers and Manufacturers that could afford a German patent, could stamp them with D.R.P. or DRP, which stands for Deutsches Reichspatent. Prior to 1877, various of the states (kingdoms, etc.) issued patents.
