|HOW TO ORDER A BOOK|
Ordering from our secure website is very convenient and easy.
Add your book(s) to the shopping cart by clicking on "add to cart"
When you are ready to check-out click " View Cart" on the upper right side of the home screen. Once you have filled out all the shipping information choose payment method desired and continue check-out.
This website is set up to accept PayPal
Visa & MasterCard - Anybody can pay via master card or visa through PayPal simply by signing in as a guest - no paypal account needed. PayPal - Allows you to securely pay with any credit card or bank account using Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, or Yen. PayPal also supports Giropay and bank transfer. There are NO PayPal fees for buyers
If you do not want to use PayPal, email us your phone number at email@example.com - We will call you back to answer any questions about any of the books. We can also take your credit card information over the phone if you would like to order that way. We do not suggest e-mailing CC information.
Check or Money order - email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on where to mail the check - and so that we can hold your book while the check is in the mail.
Giropay and bank transfer - use PayPal to easily pay with giropay or bank transfer
Virginia buyers will be charged a 4.5% sales tax. For shipments outside VA, the buyer is subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the state in which they live and are solely responsible for paying any taxes or VAT imposed by that state or country.
Once your order has been confirmed and accepted, you will receive an email confirmation. If problems arise with your credit card information, you will be notified by email or telephone. Please be sure you have provided us with your correct shipping address and phone number.
DELIVERY TIME -We use USPS - delivery time depends on their average delivery time at any given period. We ship within 3 days of order.
If you need express mail, email us to add express mail charges.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
International customers must pay via Paypal. Paypal allows you to pay in your own currency and use a credit card, Giropay, or bank draft.
We also ship internationally, buyer responsible for any
import customs charges into his country.
Note: The standard return policy applies to international orders. However, the shipping charges you pay do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to us and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you do not pay the customs fees.
|How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.|
|How do I track my order?|
|You will receive an auto-email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Or - Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
|My order never arrived.|
|We email tracking numbers upon shipment. Let us know if you need another copy of the tracking number. If enough time has gone by that we need to contact the USPS - email us. All packages require delivery verification upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are shown to be delivered to the shipping address requested. Be sure to use a safe shipping address.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

|I am unable to check-out because my country is not included|
|Shipping is FREE to the United States and international countries
included on the drop-down list. If your country is not included on the
list you may have trouble checking out. Please email us to have your
country and free shipping added to list!
Currently USA, Canada, and most European countries are already set up for free shipping.
|What if the book I ordered is not available?|
|We usually cancel orders if a book listed on the website is not available. This can happen if another customer purchases a book within 24 hours prior to your purchase and the webmaster has not reset the inventory yet. Since each book is unique due to condition, we do not use backorder. You will be notified when and if another book of the same title is posted on the site.
